⚡ What happens next?

After submitting, you'll receive an email with PayNow payment details. Your booth will be officially confirmed and secured once payment is received. Earlier payment = better placement.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

  1. Booth assignments are decided at the organiser's discretion, allocated in order of confirmed payment.
  2. A single booth can be shared by two vendors. Only the lead applicant's details and payment are required.
  3. All booths are equipped with one 13A single-phase power point, extension cord, one table, and two chairs.
  4. Your booth will be clearly labelled on event day — just look for your name and settle in.
  5. Booth confirmation is only secured upon payment of rental.
  6. Set-up opens the night before the festival from 5pm onwards.
  7. All vendors keep 100% of their sales. No commission is taken.
  8. You have secured all necessary licences and permits to conduct your business.
  9. All vendors are responsible for their booth's cleanliness and rubbish disposal.
  10. Vendors are not allowed to change their booth allocation without prior notice.
  11. All vendors are required to fully operate during the festival's full hours (12pm–10pm).
  12. You agree to be added to our Vendor Database and WhatsApp Community Channel.
  13. Refunds: 100% refund if cancellation is within 2 days of payment and more than 30 days before the event. No refunds within 14 days of the event.
  14. Vendors using digital payment solutions agree to a 1.99% service surcharge per transaction.
